We'll meet with you-- you tell us what you need and what your looking to see from the data.
You're not meeting with one of our sales people. We don't have any. You will meet with one (or more) of our Business Analyst or Solution Architects. You provide a sample data set in a format that is convenient for you (Excel, CSV, Text File, DB, etc.), and we'll sit with you for approximately one hour to understand your reporting needs. You can stay with us if you'd like to further understand the process, but you don't have to. We'll get to work on the data and in a couple of hours we'll have a preliminary live report that you can use to start analyzing your data.

Two reasons: we work in short cycles to provide value right away. And it's been our experience that once you see what we can do, you'll want us to do more.
